Please do be patient and allow us time to investigate and reply, especially in very busy periods.
We have a few specific company policies noted below due to the nature of the product.
Natural Soap, shampoo etc
Please do email us to make contact to try and resolve your issue as soon as you identify a problem.
Due to the nature of our naked products - we are unable to accept refunds if any of the packaging has been opened to any extent - as we cannot resell them to other customers as we have no guarantee on handling once they have left our control.
If the package - i.e outer packaging ( postal box & paper ) has not been opened and the contents are in tact once back with us we will refund the purchase, however returns are at the purchasers cost ( and deducted from the refund, we will also not refund damaged items )
Any refunds due to damaged items will be at our cost, the soaps are delicate and light markings are not classed as damage, we will always ask for a photo to help us understand what went wrong.
We are unable to cover the cost of such returns.
Other Items - non soap
Please email us with your request to return the item so we can make the best arrangements.
We are unable to cover the cost of postage for returns for items not required.
All refunds need to be agreed in advance with us due to the nature of the items.
30 Day Policy for refunds and investigations
Please allow up to 30 days to ensure you get your refund, often it is much quicker, however we do need to be allowed the time to investigate with the post office or UPS etc etc, we absolutely will always do our best to resolve the matter as soon as practicable, we will stay in touch with you and communicate to resolve as soon as we can.

We contribute a maximum of £3.49 for any agreed non-soap returns
