Domestic Shipping

We ship everything using DPD, we can ship using other services upon request. 

With DPD you will be able to manage he parcel delivery via their app or website.

All products will already be in stock at our Somerset UK facility, if we have any issues we will email you immediately.

We often run Free shipping campaigns - these will come through automatically at the checkout point, all free shipping is second class Royal Mail, however you can still choose first class if you want to guarantee quicker delivery.

International Shipping

New USA Tariffs:  New Trump Tariff’s are now in effect, an email will come to you from DPD and customs agents which needs to be followed quickly, should Tariff’s not get paid then and goods returned, then unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs.

We do ship daily to North America and Europe, there are weight restrictions per transaction to be aware of and the checkout will not allow you to proceed if the weight is too high.

Packaging

All goods are shipped using planet friendly packaging that you can recycle kerbside, so you can be assured of your items arriving in good condition - we won't even use sellotape or stickers ! ( its plastic )

Days of Operation

We class our business working days as Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm( not including bank holidays ), but often ship at weekends at peak..... we aim to ship all items within 48 hours during business days.
